Payment Methods
METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payments:

1) Cash
We can accept UK pound sterling cash if sent by a method that requires a signature on delivery. If sending cash you do so at your own risk.

2) Personal cheques
This method of payment is available to UK customers only. Please make cheques payable to TRACKS and include cheque card number.
Cheques take 3 days to clear. Unfortunately personal cheques from overseas customers cannot be accepted.

3) Postal Orders
Available to UK customers only. Make payable to TRACKS, please ensure that all postal orders have been crossed.

4) Bankers Draft
This is a cheque issued and guaranteed by a bank. Your bank will arrange payment by this method for you. Please ensure that the draft is made payable in UK £££ sterling and drawn on a UK bank.

5) Telegraphic Transfer
Please ask at your bank for details as some charges maybe incurred. If you wish to pay by this method please contact us for our account details.

6) Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards. Please note that there is a 3% charge on American Express and JCB transactions and 2% on all other credit
card transactions (except Maestro/Solo at £0.40 per transaction and UK Visa Debit cards at £0.45 per transaction). Please forward your card number, expiry date, issue number (if applicable) and the name and address of the cardholder.

7) International Money Order
This form of payment is one of the most convenient for overseas customers and is available from most local post offices etc. Please ensure that the International Money Order is made payable in UK £££ sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Please ask at your local post office as some charges maybe incurred.

POSTAGE, PACKING AND HANDLING

The cost of postage, packing and handling is additional and charged at cost, please contact us for a quote.

PAYING IN INSTALLMENTS

We can offer an interest free payment plan on certain pieces. Please enquire before purchasing for full details.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Please notify us either by fax, phone or letter within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will discuss the problem with you and if goods are damaged we will either ask you to retain them so that the post office can inspect them or return them to us. If asked to return them to us, please do so within 7 days. It is imperative they are returned with the original packaging and sent back by the same method that they were despatched to you (i.e. recorded delivery/registered post etc). Please retain your proof of posting. We will refund this postage cost to you. Please note: Our overseas customers should NOT return any damaged goods to us, but wait for our instructions.

Please do not return the whole order if only one item is incorrect/damaged. If the item has an MCPS stamp attached to it, this should be returned where possible. Any damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible. If we cannot replace or re-order the goods, a refund or credit note will be offered.

Lost parcels - UK customers
If your goods don't arrive within 14 days please contact us.

Lost parcels - Overseas customers
If your goods don't arrive within 28 days please contact us.
